1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. A return request must be submitted within this period. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, free from odors, cosmetics, deodorant, and other marks, and returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or final-sale reasons, the following are not returnable unless defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or return rights are otherwise required by law:

• Underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and adhesive products with opened hygiene protection.

• Swimwear without the original hygiene liner intact.

• Earrings and pierced jewelry.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or made-to-order products.

• Products clearly marked “Final Sale.”

• Items showing wear, washing, alteration, damage, scent, stains, or missing tags caused after delivery.

4. Starting a Return

Email service@mariajeunet.com with the subject “Return Request” and include:

• Your order number.

• The item or items you wish to return.

• The reason for return.

• Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send returns to the address printed on the original parcel unless our customer service team confirms it in writing.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For preference-based returns, including fit, color preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

If an item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining the receipt. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns or parcels lost during return shipping.

6. Inspection and Refunds

After the authorized return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Any lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may be applied where permitted. We do not charge an undisclosed restocking fee.

7. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm available options.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item, labels, and outer packaging. This preferred reporting period does not reduce any rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins. If shipment can no longer be stopped, the order must be handled under this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

10. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, any refund will be evaluated after receipt. Actual return costs or non-recoverable carrier charges may be deducted where permitted, unless the refusal resulted from our error or a right protected by law.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact service@mariajeunet.com first if you believe a payment or refund issue has occurred. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve it. This request does not limit any rights you may have through your payment provider or applicable law.
